Payment: We accept PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Your credit card information is processed on our secure server and you information is deleted from our systems after 30 days. On specific orders that ship to an address other than the credit card billing address we may require authorization from the credit card company provided by the cardholder.
Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated by zone. Costs are displayed by entering an order, after name & address before payment information. Shipping time 1-10 days. Upgraded shipping (next day air, 2dn day air, ect..) usually ships as ordered. Please note the upgraded shipping is shipping method only, and does not guarantee arrival within that time frame.
Sorry, we can only ship within the 48 Continental United States. We can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
Shipping on TVs larger than 19" are shipped via truck. We will contact you before processing your order to inform you of the actual shipping cost and obtain final approval.
Returns: Returns are accepted with proper authorization. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise via e-mail atchow@radix.net. Returns and refusals, other than defectives are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns must have the original order number on the outside of the carton to be accepted. All contents and original packaging must be included and intact.
No returns on furniture, portable air conditioners, gas masks, gas mask filters, shavers, personal health & beauty aids or televisions 19" or larger. No refunds/credits on shipping charges.
Unauthorized returns without a RMA# are subjuct to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective Returns: Defective returns are accepted with proper authorization. We will exchange or refund (refunds are subject to 15% restocking charge) defective items within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. After 7 days merchandise is covered by manufacture's warranty.
